Safe and future-proof with a maintenance contract
The optional maintenance contract secures the investment into CustoSec. Central points of the contract are regular updates and upgrades, which provide additional and newly developed features in CustoSec as well as a repair and replacement service for the hardware.
The maintenance contract provides:
- all release updates and up-grades
- support and service by telephone (office hours)
- hardware repair and replacement
- reduced hourly rate in case of on-site support (i.e. implementation of individual service scripts)
